About

Welcome to Sustaining Creativity!

Everything I do in my life is based on creativity. I believe we are all creative and with creativity I believe we can transform our lives. I truly believe in the transformative power of creativity and supporting people to reclaim their creativity power makes my heart sing.

I support performers and non-performers, to build confidence, conquer creative blocks and reclaim their creative power so they can take action and start incorporating more creativity into their daily lives.

I believe when we surround ourselves with creativity we have more fun, inspire innovation and deepen our relationships with ourselves.

Her Sustaining Creativity work is about finding a foundation of safety and trust within yourself to take creative risks from and have a foundation to return to when you’re done with the performance, class, rehearsal and risk.

Raised in Portland, Oregon with a 30 foot Labyrinth in her front yard, swinging on a trapeze from the age of three, she has embraced a creative life even when it wasn’t popular. She lived in NYC, nannied, sang with an Irish band, studied angel therapy in Hawaii, taught graduate level psychology classes, been a lifelong mindfulness and meditation student and teacher, and continued her own personal growth and creativity journey through it all.
